Hand and Wrist Yoga Flow

Gentle Stretches and Soothing Self Care for Your Hands

Hello Yogis, get ready for some soothing self care for your hands and wrists!

In this 14-minute video we share a gentle yoga flow designed specifically for easing out the tension in your wrists, hands, and fingers.

We’ll guide you through a gentle yoga flow aimed at warming, mobilizing, and stretching.

This flow is great for opening your yoga practice, preparing for a day of work, whether you use your hands for typing, caring, building, lifting, training, or driving.

Add this hand and wrist flow to your daily practice to ease out tension and stiffness from hard working hands, aging/arthritic hands, or just when you need a little self-care break.

So, find a cozy spot on your yoga mat, your office chair, the sofa, or in bed. Put on some of your favourite music and treat yourself to some soothing self-care.
