Smooth and creamy, dairy free and full of nutrients this is one delicious alternative to chocolate pudding that might just taste better then the original. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
Flesh of 2 ripe avocados
1 cup of soy milk or water
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup of dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
add honey to taste
Preparations:
Heat water or soy milk gently with dates to make it easier to puree. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Serve cool.
