Vinyasa Flow Live Class
A 75-minute guided Vinyasa Flow mind-body-movement practice blending dynamic strengthening, stretching, balancing, and tension-relieving postures to strengthen and mobilize the body, improve posture and circulation, reduce tension and stress, and enhance body-mind awareness.
3 Levels of Intensity are offered for students from beginner to intermediate.
This program may not be suitable for everyone, including pre-natal clients, acute injury, bone or joint problems, and high blood pressure – if you have a medical condition or physical limitation please consult your medical provider before beginning a new movement program.
