Utilizing strengthening movements like Powerful Pose, Runner’s Lunge, and Warrior with chest/shoulder opening variations like Cactus Arms, Rowing and Pulling movements, this is a great sequence for balancing round-shouldered posture, neck and upper back tension, and long periods of sitting.
