In this free yoga podcast vinyasa flow through a 15 minute progression from Crescent Lunge (Anjanyasana) to Warrior 1 (Virabhadrasana 1) with an exploration of activations, stretches, and stance awareness to create a balance of strength, stability and ease in the pose.

Ideal for students familiar with Vinyasa Flow, this sequence that will activate, mobilize, build warming heat, and help you to enhance the practice of Warrior 1.  Practice this after a few Sun Salutations, and follow with your Standing Sequence, or come to sitting for a few of your favorite stretches.
