Step Through Flow
Free Core Yoga Podcast
This step-through audio flow explores a few movements that can help you to develop the strength, stability, mobility, and coordination to make your step-through’s from Downward Dog into Warrior 1 or lunges a little more fluid. You might need a few weeks to work through the flow, and especially if you feel any discomfort in your wrists, shoulders, or neck, take lots of rest as you need it and give yourself some time to develop this flow.
This free yoga podcast is best suited to students familiar with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. As always, check with your health care practitioner before beginning any movement practice.
