This 350-hour blended face-to-face + online yoga teacher training provides you with the opportunity to combine the best of in-person, virtual, and self-paced online study.

350-Hour Blended Teacher Training includes:

• 15 face-to-face workshops
• Self-paced online study you can begin anytime
• Recorded zoom sessions if you miss a workshop, or want to go back and review
• One-to-one mentoring sessions with lead trainer
• Audio lectures that you can take with you to listen anywhere
• Practical assignments to explore on your own, with friends, family, or fellow teacher trainees
• Optional virtual events including yoga classes, group coaching chats, and philosophy club
• 2 unique electives: Accessible Yoga and Yang to Yin

As the program director and lead trainer, Heather will be facilitating your online study units, one-to-one mentoring, virtual coaching, and will be reviewing all of your coursework and supporting you throughout your studies. Associate Trainer: Sarah Nuttridge, Yoga Therapist and Level 2 Yoga Teacher

Sare will be teaching your face-to-face sessions and sharing her 7 years’ experience in teaching yoga in a variety of styles/environments, including yoga studios, fitness facilities, corporate classes, accessible yoga classes, yoga therapy and private sessions.
