150-Hour Postgraduate Yoga Teacher Training

Blended Face-to-Face + Online, Canberra

This 150-hour continuing education program is designed for yoga teachers from any background, style or lineage who wish to have a deeper exploration into Vinyasa Flow yoga postures, breathwork, and anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics for yoga.

This blended in-person + online training gives you more time and space to explore, ask questions, and receive feedback as you continue your learning in technique, practice, teaching skills and strategies, and yoga business.

The course includes 15 face-to-face sessions, plus self-paced online study you can begin upon registration. Your course will include:

• technical study of poses, breathwork, mudras, and guided relaxation
• teaching skills and strategies
• accessibility, inclusion, special populations, and risk management
• yoga anatomy, mental anatomy, Ayurveda basics
• building a yoga business
• teaching practice coaching and mentoring
• 2 unique electives: Accessible Yoga and Yang to Yin

This program is run concurrently with our 350-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training.

• 15 Face-to-Face Workshops (Sundays)
• Vinyasa Flow Sequence and Pose by Pose study
• Yoga Pose Labs on accessibility, regressions, progressions, versions, and props
• Anatomy Labs on anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, posture, and yoga
• Sequencing for Vinyasa Flow
• Practice Teaching
• Mental Anatomy
• Yoga Business 2
• Ayurveda Basics 1
• Breathwork Study
• Teaching Review and Feedback
• Ongoing Learning: Group Coaching, Philosophy Club, Virtual Yoga Classes
• One-to-one Mentoring

As the program director and lead trainer, Heather will be facilitating your online study units and will be reviewing all of your coursework and supporting you throughout your studies.
