150-Hour Postgraduate Yoga Teacher Training

Blended Face-to-Face Weekend Intensive + Online, Gawler, Adelaide

This 150-hour continuing education program is designed for yoga teachers from any background, style or lineage who wish to have a deeper exploration into Vinyasa Flow yoga postures, breathwork, and anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics for yoga.

This blended face-to-face + online training gives you more time and space to explore, ask questions, and receive feedback as you continue your learning in technique, practice, teaching skills and strategies, and yoga business.

The course includes 3 weekends of face-to-face study, plus self-paced online study you can begin upon registration. Your course will include:

• technical study of poses, breathwork, mudras, and guided relaxation
• teaching skills and strategies
• accessibility, inclusion, special populations, and risk management
• yoga anatomy, mental anatomy, Ayurveda basics
• building a yoga business
• teaching practice coaching and mentoring

This program is run concurrently with our 350-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training.

• Yoga Pose Labs on accessibility, regressions, progressions, versions, and props

Lead Trainer: Heather Agnew, E-RYT 500, Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher

As the program director and lead trainer, Heather will be facilitating your online study units and will be reviewing all of your coursework and supporting you throughout your studies. Associate Trainer: Trish Cufone, Yoga and Wellbeing, Gawler

Trish will be teaching your face-to-face sessions and sharing her 8 years’ experience in teaching yoga, Pilates, meditation, and mindful movement and running a local yoga studio for 5 years.
