Commencing at 8 am, our day unfolds with a warm welcome circle followed by an All-Levels Yoga Flow practice.

Throughout the day we will explore Yogic Philosophy, including the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and also learn about the foundations of Yoga’s sister science Ayurveda.

Share a wholesome lunch and enjoy snacks and beverages throughout the day.
