Core Yoga is a dynamic body/mind fusion that blends the richness of Yoga with the precision of Pilates for a method that strengthens and streamlines the body, enhances posture and body awareness, reduces tension and stress, and builds strength and support in the abdomen and low back for better overall health and well-being. Open to and beneficial to all, but particularly useful for those interested in studying our Core Yoga Instructor Training.
In this 3-hour experiential workshop you will explore:

- Daily Core Strength and Stability Techniques
- Using Breath and Bandha (subtle locks) for Great Core Health and Dynamic Power
- Plus a full Core Yoga practice
