This month I’m so excited to be launching our newest online programs, Yoga Philosophy Foundations.
These courses are based on the study and journaling program that I’ve been developing, sharing and evolving for the past 12 years in the Yoga Trinity Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training, and I wanted more people to have a chance to study, explore, and have some practical experiences with the foundations of yoga philosophy.
There are two study options, Life Skills and Professional Development:
This 10-week program is designed for anyone and everyone. If you would like to learn more about yoga philosophy, be guided in a personal growth journey, and discover how yoga philosophy can be of benefit to your life, this course is for you.
Through this e-book and journaling program, you will begin to explore the foundations of yoga philosophy, which provide guiding principles to support greater mindfulness, connection and compassion in your movement practice, relationships, lifestyle, and work.
This 10-week, 25-hour continuing education program is designed for yoga, fitness, and mind-body professionals who wish to study, explore, and share practical and inspiring yoga philosophy. Be guided through reading, reflections, and journalling as you explore the foundations of yoga in your practice, teaching, and business practices. And, learn strategies, exercises, themes and insights to share in your mind-body classes.
