Share your yoga practice in this two-part workshop that introduces the practice of Thai Yoga Massage in 3-Hour introductory LifeSkills Workshop, and then experience the ‘yoga of contact’ with a fun and playful Partner Yoga session.
Thai Yoga Massage blends the best of yoga and massage in a fluid sequence that combines assisted stretches, massage, acupressure, energy work and meditation. It is not only highly beneficial to receive, but to give as well. In this workshop you will learn a 20-minute sequence that you can share with friends, family, or if you are a fitness/yoga professional you can apply in your classes or private sessions.
Partner Yoga is a fun and generous way to share and inspire your practice. In a Partner Yoga workshop you will learn both restorative and dynamic techniques that you can share with family and friends, and if you are a yoga teacher you can blend into your classes. Partner Yoga allows you to look outside your own practice to communicate with another through breath, body and subtle awareness.
Join us for one or both sessions and Share Your Practice! Bring a friend, partner, family member, or come on your own and make some new friends at the course – there will be a partner for you to practice with.
