3 Hour Core Yoga Introductory Taster Workshop
Core Yoga is a dynamic body/mind fusion that blends the richness of Yoga with the precision of Pilates for a method that strengthens and streamlines the body, enhances posture and body awareness, reduces tension and stress, and builds strength and support in the abdomen and low back for better overall health and wellbeing.
In this 3-hour experiential workshop you will explore:
- Anatomy of your Core
- Daily Core Strength and Stability Techniques
- Using Breath and Bandha (subtle locks) for Great Core Health and Dynamic Power
- Plus a full Core Yoga practice

How to Register:
What should I bring to the class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that moves easily with your body. Bring your yoga mat, a cushion to sit on, and a water bottle.
Who can practice Core Yoga?
Core Yoga is a practice that is accessible to generally fit participants of all ages and backgrounds. This is not a suitable practice for pre-natal students.
If you wish to deepen your practice, increase your knowledge and cultivate skilful teaching of the Core Yoga Method join us for the 5-day Core Yoga Instructor Training program to study, practice and learn to teach this dynamic class.
