As the program director and lead trainer, Heather will be facilitating your online study units and will be reviewing all of your coursework and supporting you throughout your studies. With almost 30 years’ experience teaching yoga and 20 years facilitating yoga teacher training programs, you will benefit from Heather’s deep experience in yoga practice, teaching, philosophy, anatomy, and business. Associate Trainer: Sarah Nuttridge, Yoga Therapist and Level 2 Yoga Teacher
Sare will be teaching your face-to-face sessions and sharing her 9 years’ experience in teaching yoga in a variety of styles/environments, including yoga studios, fitness facilities, corporate classes, accessible yoga classes, yoga therapy and private sessions.
