Salted Caramel Smoothie

I had one of these in Canberra while teaching Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy, and I was instantly in love!  So, I did some research, experimentation...and then some more experimentation, and finally found a recipe that I like.  This smoothy is nutritious, very satisfying for snack or lunch, and provides the perfect balance of salty and sweet Ingredients:
