looking to explore and develop their Vinyasa Flow practice and
cultivate skillful teaching of this Ashtanga-inspired practice. Enjoy
a 5-day retreat, a great introduction to the art of teaching, or a
continuing education program for those wishing to supplement and update
their skills.
