I regularly get questions about what books to be reading, what blogs to pay attention to, and how to keep up with the evolving exploration of yoga in the modern world.  While I am always taking courses, reading new books, and of course exploring on the mat, one of my favorite ways to stay curious about the practice, and to keep informed and inspired is to have newsletters, blogs and podcasts hitting my inbox each week.  A weekly blog or podcast offers just enough information and exploration to take back to the mat, the studio, or the hiking trail.  Here are a few of my favorite resources:
