In 1998 Heather began her studies as a yogini, and has since explored many yoga philosophies and styles, including Sivananda, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti, Bikram, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage. Now leading Yoga Teacher Training and Thai Yoga Massage programs in Australia and overseas, Heather is committed to her continued growth, education and practice of Yoga.
Heather is always seeking new ways to bring the practice and benefits of Yoga to her clients, her community, and her peers in the industry. She is now operating a "travelling" yoga school based in Canberra, and travelling around Australia and Canada facilitating Yoga Teacher Training, Core Yoga Instructor Training and Thai Yoga Massage workshops and courses.
